The mission of the Regional Outreach Christian Center, Inc., is to serve the community through quality programs that provide appropriate and relevant outreach services to meet identified needs of children, adults, senior citizens and families, in an effort to develop self-reliant communities through the cooperative and united efforts of many service organizations.

Our vision is to be a center that provides assistance and life skill development through education and experience that will empower citizens to raise living standards for themselves, their community and the surrounding areas.

Our goals are to determine a need through applied research, so as to effectively allocate necessary assistance; provide education and training in the areas of interactive relationships, financial stability, personal development and any other essential need; provide assistance in collaboration with local and regional agencies in the event of natural or personal disasters; solicit and train volunteers to assist in community betterment programs.
