::Facility Rental Fees and Policies 

Need rental space? The ROCC will fit your needs for many events. We have space well suited for weddings and receptions, reunions, meetings, holiday or birthday parties, and classes, just to name a few. The features we offer make any event memorable.

The following fees will be assessed for renting of the ROCC facility. All rentals are contingent upon the ROCC's event calendar and are subject for approval. A facility rental agreement must be completed, agreed upon and signed by a member of the ROCC, as well as, the rentor(s) of the facility. This must be done through the ROCC office.

Dining Hall only 

  • square feet of floor space
  • Seats up to 300 (chairs only); up to 200 (tables and chairs)
  • Restrooms and Water Fountains
  • Complete Kitchen
  • $50 half day (4 hours), plus $50 cleaning deposit
  • $100 full day (up to 8 hours), plus $50 cleaning deposit

Auditorium & Foyer only 

  • square feet of floor space
  • Seats up to 250 people/pew style
  • Audiovisual equipment/PowerPoint
  • Restrooms and Water Fountain
  • $50 half day (4 hours)

Conference Rooms

  • Different room sizes available with table or theatre style seating
  • Restrooms and Water Fountain
  • $25 (3 hours) per room

Weddings: 

Auditorium, Foyer, Bathrooms and Dining Hall (Top floor only)

  • $300, plus $100 cleaning deposit (includes set up time

 Auditorium, Foyer and Bathrooms only (Top floor only)

  • $150 plus $50 cleaning deposit

  Dining Hall only

  • $150 plus $50 cleaning deposit

  Sound System 

  • $50 - Experienced Media person required if using ROCC A/V Systems

Staff available for general assistance and emergencies only. Does not include set-up or tear-down, cleaning, or serving. If additional staff is needed, costs could increase. Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. $50 cleaning/damage deposit due with reservation.

Please note that the use or possession of controlled substances (drugs and alcohol), and/or tobacco products is prohibited in the facility or on the grounds of the ROCC at all times.
